hi and welcome!
december and january will be cold, of course, and snow usally falls in jan.
it's not a busy time, wheater will be fine at most of the times and you'll enjoy a wonderful trek.

What treks are open depends on the current snowsituation. It might be possible to cross Thorung La (Annapurnas) even in Jan. or it shuts down already mid of Dec. But there is no organisation closing / opening treks or passes at all. It's just a matter of possibility.

What do you mean with "be"? Maybe bc, basecamp? Which basecamp?

"Be" I was wondering how many peopel will be in nepal at that time, thinking of possibel trekking partner!
Last time I was in nepal I got gardia and where not ebel to do Anapurna if the weather would be good it could be nice and just a handful of peopel I guess
I also looking at Helambu&lang tang I guess you can some what combine them!?
I got lots more to ask but will check if I can find it in the forume records-since I get one the internet via Sat.with my owne dish and power with solar I can't spend to mutch time on it!
Thanks
