Abruzzo trekking

I'm looking for some practical advise on hiking in the region of Abruzzo. Has anybody experience with hiking or walking there? Maybe you can give me some great ideas or some advise on a great path.

You can answer in German, I do understand, I'm just not really good at writing it. ;)

On doing agoogle search for information on abruzzo I came upon your request for information on trecking in that region. Did you go ? did you get any useful info or do you kow any good sites. We are flying to Pescara in a couple of weeks and would really appreciate any advice you have on walking up in the mountains, what areas to go to, maps available, and whether there are any good routes lining villages where we could stay over night.
