Hello all!
I'm going to trek in Nepal at December - January this winter and was wondering how warm sleeping bag is enough (for a northern man). I've trekked there couple of times before with far too warm sleeping bag (three season bag -5C) or no sleeping bag, but it was early in the autumn or later in spring when it was much warmer?
I'm planning to stay at max. 3000 - 3500m ( I'm running away from snow...) and have really no good idea how cold it is at night time? I have a summer bag with +4C rating and I'm a little hopeful that it would do the job...?
Please, your insight is much appreciated!
