Trekking in Siberian mountains

We are going to make a budget hike to the Sayan Mountains (south-western Siberia, near border on Mongolia) in August. This route for those who love wilderness areas, thirst for adventure and discovery, who aren’t afraid of passing through the mountains and crossing mountain rivers .
It’ll take two or three weeks. We’re going to ground a base camp (about 3 days away from the motorway) and make a rambles from the base camp to valleys and peaks which are located nearby.
Some words about the area: High-water rivers,
beautiful lakes surrounded by virginal taiga and forbidding rocks,
woods and mountains inhabited by wild animals (e.g. snow leopard - quite rare species), luxuriant flowering of the alpine meadows and modest beauty of the mountain tundra, loads of the mushrooms and berries. You may see various forms of the relief:
both smoothed and steep mountains with mountain height up to 9800 ft. (3000 m.).
The climate is harshly continental, average summer temperature is 60 °F (16 °C), but the difference in temperature between bottom lands and mountains sometimes may achieve 68 °F (20 °C).

I'm looking for more people and some facts are interesting for me.
How realizing trekking iteniraries in Germany? Duration, weight of backpack ?

how many people do you have allready and how many do you want to have? How experianced are they and you, and of what age?
I dont understand the word "iteniraries".

But to realize such a thing in europe you have first to decide
1) Exact Trip and difficulties to be confronted, minimum skills, experiance and condition needed
2) how big the group has to be, and what skills every body at least needs, what skills and experiance at least one person needs
3) Costs, exact Date
4) finding people to join
5) Material

About the weight there are different themes in this forum and different opinions. For a difficult trip i personaly would not take more than 15 kilo exkl. food.

1) Trip begins at the road between Abakan and Kyzyl (to Abakan we get from
Tomsk by bus or train - about 800 km), from the start place we'll walk to
the base camp (about 45 km). You need to be able to bear backpack weighing
up to 25 kilograms, and have some hiking experience. Difficulties:
crossing mountain rivers, possibility of the foul weather.
2) Group up to 10 people.
3) Cost- 300 euro; date- 15.08 - 30.08
4) As for materials - backpack, sleeping bag, tableware.
